How long does it take for my item(s) to be dispatched?

All orders are made and dispatched within 14 days. All items are made to order, so it may take a bit longer than usual. If that's the case, you will receive an email from us with an update on when your order will be dispatched.
NOTE : There are currently delays with international shipments, mostly due to (Covid-19). This is unfortunately out of our control. 

Where do we ship our items to?

At the moment, we ship to all of Europe (EU), United Kingdom, North America, New Zealand and Australia. We're working on worldwide shipping and adding all countries as soon as possible! 

 

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs depend on the weight of the package and the country we're shipping to. Shipping costs for your country can be seen at the checkout.
Our shipping rates may be a little more expensive than you're used to. This is because we've decided to add Tracking to all packages, including lighter ones.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

EmbroideryForYou is based in the Netherlands. Shipping can take up to 5 weekdays unless PostNL states otherwise. Shipping in European countries usually takes between 3 and 14 days unless there are unexpected delays. (Especially due to Covid-19)
Shipping to North America and Australia can take up to 27 days unless there are unexpected delays (Especially due to Covid-19)
If your package if experiencing delays, it can take up to 21 days on top of the regular delivery time for it to arrive.
Packages will be taken over by a delivery provider of the country you're in when the package arrives in that country. We're not responsible for lost packages caused by your delivery provider. 
To avoid any delays, please make sure to enter your address correctly. We are not responsible for lost or returned packages due to wrong addresses.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We do not accept cancellations. Order changes like : address changes, size changes or color changes can be made if the item(s) have not been dispatched yet. For any order alterations please get in touch and send us an email : embroideryforyounl@hotmail.com
We cannot make any changes once the order has been dispatched.
