EmbroideryForYou has a 7 day return policy. The 7 day return policy starts from the day the order arrives to the customer. If an item is faulty, damaged or the wrong size, it can be returned within that 7 day period. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for returning an order.
We do not accept item exchanges. If you would like the same item in a different color or size, the old item can be returned and a new order has to be placed.
If you would like to return an item, please email us : firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information :
- Name and proof of purchase
- Picture and description of damaged or faulty item
- Or a different reason of return (for example ; too small, too large, etc.)
And we will help you the best we can.
After the item has returned to us, the item's damage will be inspected. We will notify the customer when the return has been approved or rejected. If the item is approved, your refund will be processed and automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 days.
We currently only accept returns from within Europe, due to the costs of shipping and the chance of packages getting lost/delayed.
IMPORTANT NOTE :
EmbroideryForYou is not responsible for lost packages or delays. We are also not responsible for any additional taxes or custom fees.
